What we eat

We are what we eat.
At CLS Massage School, we encourage students to cultivate and habbitualize healthy eating habbits.
We eat breakfast at 7:30 in the morning and lunch at 12:30 everyday.
Our food is carefully selected from a local market and prepared fresh by our cooks.(except Sundays). Vitamins and minerals are essential to your body so we make sure we include superfood to our meals.
We also encoursege all students to eat up to 70% fullness and not eat large meals after 8pm so your stomach can fully function and recover.


During your stay, you will be eating a lot of Super Food!
For example Dragon Fruit.
In fact, dragon fruit benefits include anti-aging, immune system boosting and sugar stabilization, which is helpful for those with diabetes, among others.

Salad Concept

We parepare meals with lots of vegetables and fruits during our stay.
It commonly said moderate eating keeps a doctors away.
For example, we include a lot of Cilantro. Cilantro’s strong antioxidant properties, in part due to the flavonoid quercetin, helps to protect against the damage caused by free radicals in the body. A recent study found that cilantro actually protects against oxidative stress, through its high antioxidant effects.
